We know how to tackle problems to identify strengths and weaknesses quickly and efficiently and we will help to resolve a dispute at a cost which is within our clients’ budget, very often without the need for expensive court proceedings.
Put simply, we provide a legal problem solving service which works. From the start we say what we can do to help and provide preliminary information even before a client decides whether to instruct us. We believe in working closely with our clients every step of the way in a proactive manner to achieve the best outcome possible.
We provide all clients with an estimate of costs at the outset of a matter to cover an agreed preliminary stage. There is no commitment until that estimate is agreed. The work to be done within that stage and the estimate for it will not be exceeded unless you the client approves it. As the matter progresses we keep all clients informed with updated costs estimates and will, if possible, fix costs or cap them. Costs estimates will not be exceeded without approval and a full explanation given. That allows our clients to be in control.
