It is important that if you are going to be letting out your property or indeed renting a property yourself that there is a suitable Tenancy Agreement in place documenting the terms of the agreement between you and the other party and clearing setting out the extent of your obligations. The Tenancy Agreement will be the first port of call in the event of any dispute that may arise in respect of the property and so it is important that this is dealt with properly at the start of the letting to allow any issues to be resolved as quickly and amicably as possible.
