What We Do
Do you have problems managing your block of flats? Are some of your lessees not paying their service charges? Are you struggling with the Section 20 consultation procedure? Is there a breach of covenant which requires action? Has one of your lessees or a group of them issued a claim in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal or in court?
If you learn to manage your block well then problems will reduce and so will your workload. We can help you to achieve that.
We sometimes represent freehold companies on an annual retainer basis providing an easy access advice service for a fixed annual fee.

Why Use Us?
We provide a comprehensive advice and representation service for landlords and lessees alike. The law relating to long residential leaseholds is now more complex than ever and if you make a mistake it could prove to be very costly. We can provide draft service charge demands, draft notices and make claims for breaches of leases or deal with matters in the LVT.
We act for several lessee owned company landlords of large residential blocks or estates, providing a comprehensive and timely advice service on all aspects of their management. If a lessee is in breach of their lease we take action but in a way which preserves the ongoing relationship so far as is possible. Often legal costs can be recovered from the lessee in breach so are not added to the service charges paid by all.
